Volunteer With Us!

You can help the JVCLT's mission by getting involved and joining our growing team.
We're always looking for passionate volunteers to join us!

What are YOU interested in?

At the JVCLT we use sociocracy to govern our organization. Sociocracy is a system of governance based on democratic values of equity, freedom, and collaboration. Within this inclusive model, all voices are valued, and decision-making powers are spread out across different teams or "circles." These circles are often related and overlapping, and sometimes have their own sub-circles. All circles report to the General Circle, which includes the Board of Directors, but have their own independence as well.

At the JVCLT, we currently have six circles in addition to the General Circle. Below is a brief description of each circle's domain and responsibilities, to give you an idea of where YOU might fit in!
